Fairy Meadows Trek

The Fairy Meadows Trek is one of Pakistan’s most scenic and accessible mountain adventures, offering breathtaking views of Nanga Parbat (8,126 m), the ninth-highest mountain in the world. Located in Gilgit-Baltistan, Fairy Meadows is famous for its lush green alpine meadows, peaceful surroundings, pine forests, and spectacular views of the Nanga Parbat massif.The journey combines a scenic drive along the Karakoram Highway with a thrilling jeep ride and a beautiful trek through the mountains. The trek is ideal for travelers and adventure seekers who want to experience the natural beauty of the Himalayas without undertaking a highly technical or extreme expedition.

Day 01

Islamabad → Chilas – Drive along the Karakoram Highway toward Chilas.

Chilas → Raikot Bridge → Tato → Fairy Meadows – Jeep ride followed by the trek to Fairy Meadows.

Fairy Meadows Exploration – Enjoy panoramic views of Nanga Parbat and explore the alpine meadows.

Fairy Meadows → Beyal Camp → Nanga Parbat Viewpoint – Trek through the forest toward Beyal Camp and the Nanga Parbat viewpoint.

Nanga Parbat Viewpoint → Fairy Meadows – Return trek to Fairy Meadows and enjoy the mountain scenery.

Fairy Meadows → Tato → Raikot Bridge → Chilas – Descend to Tato, followed by a jeep ride to Raikot Bridge and onward to Chilas.

Chilas → Islamabad – Drive back to Islamabad via the Karakoram Highway.

Baintha → Marfong Brakk – Continue deeper into the Biafo Glacier toward the high mountain camps.
