Charakusa Valley Trek
The Charakusa Valley Trek is a spectacular high-altitude adventure into one of the most remote and beautiful valleys of Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. Day 01
Arrival in Islamabad – Airport pickup, hotel transfer and trek briefing.
Day 02
Islamabad → Skardu – Domestic flight to Skardu, subject to weather and flight availability.
Day 03
Skardu – Rest and acclimatization day with local sightseeing and trek preparation.
Day 04
Skardu → Hushe – Scenic drive through the Shyok and Hushe valleys to Hushe Village.
Day 05
Hushe → Saicho – Begin trekking through the beautiful Hushe Valley toward Saicho Camp.
Day 06
Saicho → Khuispan – Continue trekking through alpine landscapes toward Khuispan.
Day 07
Khuispan → Charakusa Base Camp – Trek deeper into the valley and reach Charakusa Base Camp.
Day 08
Charakusa Base Camp Exploration – Explore the spectacular surroundings and enjoy views of K6, K7 and nearby peaks.
Day 09
Charakusa Valley Exploration – Trek around the base camp area and discover glaciers, rock formations and alpine landscapes.
Day 10
Charakusa Base Camp → Khuispan – Begin the return trek toward Khuispan.
Day 11
Khuispan → Saicho – Continue descending through the scenic mountain trail.
Day 12
Saicho → Hushe – Complete the trekking section and return to Hushe Village.
Day 13
Hushe → Skardu – Drive back to Skardu and relax at the hotel.
Day 14
Skardu – Reserve day for weather, rest, sightseeing or contingency.
Day 15
Skardu → Islamabad – Domestic flight to Islamabad, subject to weather and flight availability.
Day 16
Departure from Islamabad – Transfer to Islamabad International Airport for your onward journey.
