Gasherbrum VI Peak Expedition Overview

Gasherbrum VI, originally surveyed as K3, ranks as the 17th highest mountain in the world and the 6th highest in Pakistan. As you begin your trek into the Baltoro region, this is the first towering peak that comes into view. Located where the Baltoro Glacier branches out, Gasherbrum VI can be approached via two main routes: one follows a lower-altitude path alongside the glacier, while the other takes a higher-altitude trail near the base camps of Gasherbrum I, II, and III.
